It’s a really exciting time for me, not least because of The IWCYC Challenge. This evening I will be attending “Phoenix from the flames”, an emerging talent supper right here in Durham. Since getting involved in entrepreneurship last year, as part of the Blueprint Competition, one of the best lessons I’ve learnt is that you can’t do it alone. Seeking out help and advice from others has been absolutely essential to me.

Although my business is all about knowledge transfer and sharing information, I believe that you have to talk to people from all sectors and backgrounds to get the best overview of experience of advice. You never know when a snippet of information will arrive that leads to a great idea or opportunity.
